Paddington terrace attic goes from a dark unused space to a bright kids bedroom

Our Paddington attic client loved her old cedar ceiling but combined with the exposed brick walls, dark timber wardrobe doors and a very small floor space the attic was cramped and unappealing in it’s current condition for her plans to transform the room into a kids bedroom.

Eastern Beaches Painting rendered the two main exposed brick walls, keeping some texture to the finish and maintaining the brick edge pattern as a feature. We also installed a new gyprock wall to cover the exposed brick on the staircase.For the attic’s interior painting colour scheme we used Dulux colours Whisper White on the walls and Vivid White on the ceilings, wardobes & timber trims.
