This beautiful oversized 1920’s apartment in Rushcutters Bay felt huge after finishing up in the tiny space of our Paddington terrace attic project! Eastern Beaches Painting were engaged to complete plastering repairs & the interior painting of the apartments 2 main bedrooms, hallway & sunroom.
After a long period of time since painting the interiors of this unit the walls were in need of a major clean before painting to ensure grime and dirt were thoroughly cleaned off and avoid stains resurfacing. Plaster repairs to the high ornate ceilings and a fresh coat of paint brightened up the unit whilst the biggest transformation was in the sunroom. The sunroom was a diamond in the rough, a beautiful sunlit space with a leafy outlook surrounded by flaking paint, old concrete floors & plaster peeling off the walls. After we re-plastered the walls, tidied up the french doors and applied a fresh coat of epoxy floor paint, the tired looking sunroom was suddenly looking like a potential reading nook, sitting room or home office.
